Hi, I'm Jenny. I'm 58. Married for 33 years. Mother of 4. Grandmother of 7. And I recently found a way to get my old self back.

Next, I tried a keto diet. Some of the meals were great, but I missed eating pasta a lot.

Then I tried calorie counting, went on another low-carb diet, and even became a vegetarian for a whole month. BUT, my weight didn't change!

I was worried, "Is something wrong with me on the inside?"

So, I made an appointment with my doctor to get checked.
